It performs all the tasks that it promised at a proficient level or even above. I made a little bit of everything with the thermomix. Plus the thermamix is easy to use and a big part of that is because of the disc that comes with the thermamix that's packed with a book of basic recipes. You can get a hard copy of this book as well And that has some really helpful tips on how to convert your own recipes to thermal mix recipes. Now, do you have an extra 1300 dollars lying around? Go ahead and get one of these for your counter top. If not, you might just have to pawn after this wonderful appliance.
