The Toshiba Satellite NB15T is an 11-inch, touch-screen, portable laptopAt 11 inches, the Toshiba Satellite NB15T is easy to carry around, and its touch screen makes navigating Windows 8 a breeze.
I'm Andrew Hoyle for CNET, and I'm over here in Berlin for the IFA tech show. Right now, I'm checking out the Toshiba NB10, or the NB15T for those of you in the States. It's an 11-inch portable laptop with a touch-enabled screen and an affordable price. But if you look at the NB10, it's fairly inoffensive. We've got [unk] of gray and black over on the keyboard tray, and we've got a gray LED, too. Crucially, though, it's very small. It's 11 inches. You won't struggle to get it into a bag; and it's not too heavy to carry around, either. The display has a 1366x768 pixel resolution. That's not outstanding by any means, but its affordable price does go some way to making up for it. It is, of course, touch-enabled, allowing you to swipe around the Windows 8 interface. Now, it's running on either an Intel Pentium or a Celeron processor. The Pentium gives a bit more power, so it costs a little extra. But both models do have 4 gigabytes of RAM and 500 gigabytes HDD. It will be available globally from November. The Celeron version will start at £329 while the Pentium version is £349. For more news on the show floor, make sure to keep it at CNET. I'm Andrew Hoyle, and this is the Toshiba NB10 or NB15T.
