I am Josh Goldman senior editor with CNET and this look at the Olympics tough TG one page acts that. New for 2012 this the camera maker's top of the line rugged compact that's. Waterproof to forty feet shock proof -- six point six feet and crash proof and freeze proof is well. But what's really the standout feature here is the lens and for a change it's not a -- -- but aperture. It's a large F two aperture and it lets in more light than typical lens would. -- which means shooting in low light doesn't immediately mean more noise -- softer photos. Olympus also built in 845 millimeter converter lens adapter -- can add on lenses and filters. How the rest of the cameras very nice to including its built in GPS and three inch amoled display. -- the only things I didn't care for with a close spacing on the controls. And the location of the stereo Mike here on top which ends up under your finger if you're not careful. Otherwise it's an excellent option if you're looking for a rugged compact point and shoot.
