The Intel Smart Clip knows if you leave your baby in the carThis Bluetooth seat belt clip alerts you if you walk away from the car with the baby still in their seat. It also tracks baby's temperature too.
[MUSIC] Hi, I'm Tara Mitroff from Cnet at CES 2015, checking out Intel's Smart Clip for your baby's car seat. The smart clip has a blue tooth sensor built in that can tell you if you walk too far away from your car with your baby still in the car seat. There's also a temperature to let you know your baby's temperature. It can also tell you if the car is moving. When you clip your baby in, you can see on the app that everything is ready to go. When you unclip it, the app knows that you baby is out of the car seat. It all works via Bluetooth, once you walk too far away from the sensor and your blue tooth signal drops off, you'll get an alert on the app that tells you you need to go back and check on your baby. It's a pretty nifty device that helps you keep tabs on your baby. We don't know any details about pricing or availability, but it might come to you sometime this year.
