The Body Cardio scale weighs in on your heart health
[SOUND] Body cardio sounds like a zumba class at the gym, but in fact it's a smart scale Withings that uses the kind of technology you typically find at the doctor's office.
It uses weight sensors of course to measure your weight but it also uses infraseptical electric current To measure how much of your body is fat, water, muscle and bone.
And it does a third thing, too.
It will measure your heart rate and your heart health.
All this data comes to your phone and helps you track some of these health stats over time, like your muscle to fat ratio.
If the scale and your phone are connected to the same wi-fi network, it can also show you the weather just as part of your morning routine to save you a step from having to look it up.
It's got a rechargeable battery that can last you up to a year and here's one of my favorite part, it can use it on any surface even carpeting.
