Tesla faces legal action over Musk tweet, Parker probe blasts off

Tesla and Elon Musk are facing legal action according to Bloomberg after Musk tweeted last week that the company had secured funding to go private.
Musk tweeted on Tuesday he was considering taking Tesla private at a share price of $420, adding funding secured.
But Reuters later reported Tesla's board hadn't received comprehensive detail on the funding.
Now, according to Bloomberg, a number of shareholders have filed complaints with the US District Court in San Francisco, claiming Musk's tweets issued false and materially misleading information into the market.
Tesla declined to comment on the suit.
NASA's Park Solar Probe has successfully blasted off from Florida's Kennedy Space Center on its mission to the sun.
The Parker Probe is set to pass through the sun's corona more than two dozen times, collecting data to learn more about solar wind and its effect on our solar system.
The pocket probe will come within four million miles of the star's surface, closer then any human-made object has ever traveled.
And finally, Spotify's testing a new feature that will let Australian users skip audio and video ads.
Spotify free service currently serve ad to users but, as part of the active media trial users would be able to skip ad as many times as they want with advertisers only paying for completed listen or views.
In a statement on his blog Spotify said the feature would help the company learn about what ad users like fueling a more personalized ad experience.
