Samsung's WB800F Smart Camera is well connectedA 21x zoom and a wealth of wireless features make the WB800F a great smartphone accessory.
Hey there, I'm Josh Goldman and this is a look at the Samsung WB800F. It's one of the least expensive compact mega zooms around with a 21x zoom lens and also one of the best connected cameras in this class. While other camera manufacturers have added WiFi cameras to their lineups, Samsung still leads the way with its easy setup and features. For example, Samsung added the capability to have shots automatically sent from the camera to an iOS or Android smartphone or tablet as soon as they're shot. So taking a photo with the camera and sharing it online is that much faster and easier. You can do other things like share photos direct from the camera to Facebook or Picasa or send them in an email. Going beyond, its wireless features- you get the ultra-wide angle 21x zoom lens that starts with an f28 aperture which is brighter than competing models, a nice touch screen interface, a popup flash that could be angled back to bounce the light and plenty of shooting options from filters and effects to full manual controls. Its pictures and performance are very good- nothing spectacular, but it'll do better than your average smartphone, that's for sure. Basically, if you want a well-priced compact with a long zoom, but don't wanna give up easy shooting and sharing, this is the way to go. I'm Josh Goldman and that's the Samsung WB800F.
