A South Korean prosecutor has requested an arrest warrant for JY Lee, the acting head of Samsung of accusations that he bribed suspended South Korean President Park Geun Hye.
The prosecutor have accusedly donated to two foundations controlled by Park's associates in exchange for the South Korean pension fund support of a 2015 merger between two of Samsung groups holding company.
