This is CNet and here are the stories that matter right now. Nest introduced a series of new products focused on home security. It's new security system is called Nest Secure, which is made up of several components. The Nest Guard is home base with a keypad that can sense motion. That device works with Nest Detect motion sensors which can attach to doors and windows. There's also a new outdoor camera called the Nest Cam IQ Outdoor which is capable of recognizing people like the Indoor Nest Cam IQ. Nest also introduced a new smart doorbell call Nest Hello which is equip with a camera, microphone, speaker, and bluetooth. Check out Cnet.com for pricing and availability. Amazon is working on a new device featuring it's virtual assistant according to the Financial Times. This device would be smart glasses that would need to be tethered to a smart phone. The Financial Times says the glasses will be designed to look like any other pair of glasses, and will use bone conduction for audio. Yeah. That would mean the device would not require headphones. The same report says Amazon is readying a home security camera system. Both device is [UNKNOWN] debut before the end of the year. Pre-orders from the standard edition of the Microsoft Xbox One X are now open. $499 gets you the console and one controller which will ship in November. It's available at Microsoft, Amazon, GameStop, and Best Buy online. The Xbox One X is a new version of the Xbox One with upgraded internals.
