>> I'm Nicole, Lee, Associate Editor for CNET.com, and this is a First Look at the Motorola Debut from Boost Mobile. It is the first push-to-talk [inaudible] phone in the slider form factor. As you can see here, it is nice and slim. On the front is a nice 2.2-inch color display here. Along the bottom row of the home screen here is a manual toolbar of shortcut icons leading to things like the camera and camcorder and so forth. Underneath that, you do get the navigation keys. They're a little stiff to press, though. On the side here, you do get a charger jack as well the push-to-talk walkie-talkie key, as well as the volume rocker and the speaker key. On the other side here, you do get a 3.5-millimeter headset jack, which is really good to see on a music player phone like this. Slide the phone up to reveal the full number keypad on the front here. Even though the keypad is quite roomy, we found the keys a little squishy when pressed. On the back here is the 1.3-megapixel camera lens. There is also a micro-SD card slot, but that is inconveniently located behind the battery cover. Features include push-to-talk, of course, since it is a Boost Mobile phone. There's also a wide array of messaging features here, a music player, a 1.3-megapixel camera lens, like we said, as well a camcorder. There's also GPS and stereo Bluetooth. The Motorola Debut will cost you $170.00, but that is without a contract, and it is available now from Boost Mobile. I am Nicole Lee. This has been a First Look at the Motorola Debut.
