Users can now bundle Hulu along with live TV for $40 that will include over 50 channels and 50 hours of cloud DVR space. Hulu's live TV offering joins the like of Playstation VUE, DirectTV Now and Sling TV as cord cutting grows in popularity. At an event in New York focused on education Microsoft announced the new Surface laptop running the company's new Windows 10 S operating system. The Surface sports a surprising traditional laptop design and weighs less than a 13 inch MacBook Pro. Expect to pay a premium though, the Surface laptop starts at $999. Along with a new Surface, Microsoft's new Windows 10 S is targeted at the education market. To be more secure, Windows 10 S will only run apps found in the Windows store. This should limit malware infections, since apps in the Windows store are vetted. Windows 10 S promises an overall safer computing experience, and will be available on first and third party PCs. And finally, the rumored Siri speaker could debut at Apple's World Wide Developer's Conference in early June. An Apple analyst, Ming Shi Quo of KGI securities believes there's an over 50% chance of this happening. If true, Apple will be entering a growing living room AI assistant market with Amazon's Echo speaker, and the Google Home already battling it out.
