LG Realm: One of the cheapest Android devices in the landAn Android 4.4 smartphone for $80? Unfortunately, this handset has its downsides, too.
[MUSIC] It's inexpensive, it's easy to pocket, and it has just a smidgen of it's own personality. This is the LG Realm for Boost Mobile ,and I'm Jessica Dolcourt for CNET. So it's got a 4.5 inch display, resolution is a little bit on the lower side here. Specs are definitely entry level, even a little bit lower than you see on some other phones. There's a 4.5 inch display with pretty low resolution. You do have a 5 megapixel camera on the back with an LED flash. The front facing camera is only VGA here and the processor is also slower. It's dual core, not quad core like we see a lot of today. The little bit of personality that I mentioned is actually this LED home button. That will glow when you have a missed event or an alert. Although the price is very nice and low, it is $80 at full retail. Performance-wise it's fine, there are just other phones that are a lot better. I personally recommend the Moto G. That's the original one, both that and this phone are 3G only. But the Moto G has double the storage capacity. [MUSIC] For more pros and cons of the LG realm, check out my full review at CNET.com.
