Klipsch RSB-8 offers home cinema thrills and wireless streamingThe Klipsch RSB-8 is an excellent home cinema sound bar which also includes HDMI connectivity and wi-fi streaming.
Klipsch. What does the name mean to you? Is it rock and roll? Well Klipsch's [UNKNOWN] sound bar may not be a true rock and roller. At least you can say we bring it home to meet your family. This is a 2.1 channel sound bar with a wireless [UNKNOWN], and it offers up a wealth of music streaming options. Eclipse uses DTS Play-Fi, which allows you to stream wirelessly around the house, across multiple manufacturers products. And offers services including Pandora, IHeart Music, TIDAL, and Spotify. The same app also lets you add rear speakers, if you buy them separately. Connections include HDMI with 4K compatibility which is something the previous version sorely lacked, as well as digital optical, USB, and Bluetooth. The Klipsch does have a remote but it's kind of terrible. Use your phone or get a universal remote instead. The performance of the RSB 8 is pretty good for the price with a particularly good showing in movies. Thanks to that beefy sounding sub. Music isn't quite as successful, but no sound bar at this 500 dollar price point really does music justice anyway. While there is plenty of competition, if you're a Klipsch fan and want the convenience of music streaming, the RSB8 is well worth an audition.
