Insignia Bluetooth Wireless Behind-the-Head HeadphonesThe Insignia Bluetooth Wireless Behind-the-Head Headphones let you stream music wirelessly, though they are not the most attractive headphones we've seen.
^B00:00:00 [ Music ] >> Hi. I'm David Carnoy, executive editor for CNET.com, and I'm here to tell you about the Insignia Bluetooth wireless headphones. It's kind of a budget brand, so these are relatively inexpensive. They fit around the back of your head, and they're fairly comfortable. They fit pretty securely. There's no way to adjust them, so what you see here is what you get. There's a built in rechargeable battery, and you recharge it via the USB cable that comes with these headphones. Best Buy sells this model alone, or you can buy a different model that comes with a little USB dongle that allows you to stream music wirelessly from your computer to the headphones. These headphones are designed to be paired with cell phones, MP3 players or any other kind of device that offers stereo Bluetooth output. The iPhone currently doesn't offer stereo Bluetooth output, but you could use this as a headset for something like the iPhone or any cell phone. These are really pretty simple to operate. You simply have to pair it with your phone or MP3 player. On the side of the earpiece, you'll see that there's both a phone icon and a play/pause icon. It's a little bit confusing 'cause there's actually only just one button that does the some thing. To turn on the headphones you it done and it goes into pairing mode. You then press the play button on the side. That allows playback. Now, you look a little bit dorky wearing these. They're not the best looking headphones. They also aren't the greatest sounding headphones. But they don't sound terrible. They weren't great with calls, but they were a little bit better with music. Aside from the mediocre call quality, we didn't have any major complaints. So if you're looking for a pair of budget Bluetooth headphones, this isn't a bad choice. I'm David Carnoy and these are the Insignia Bluetooth wireless headphones. ^E00:01:53 [ Music ]
