The CNET Appliances team has come across some pretty fancy fridges in its time, but the Haier Smart Window Refrigerators take the cake, with a crazy cool see-through door. Click through to take a closer look.
There's also an LED display that disappears into the body of the fridge when not in use. Same goes for the see-through part of the fridge door -- when you're done seeing through it, it disappears, going back to a more normal appearance.
All models feature the increasingly popular door-in-a-door feature that lets you open the front panel of the fridge to reveal the shelves within. In the four-door model, you'll open that in-door compartment by pressing a capacitive icon laced right into the woven design. And again, you can see through the door. Did I mention that yet.
The Haier Smart Window Refrigerators are due in Asian and European retail sometime in 2016, with pricing yet to be finalized. It isn't expected to sell in the US anytime soon, but here's hoping the see-through feature finds its way across the pond before too long.
