Motorola Droid Razr

The Motorola Droid Razr combines two great Motorola brand names together in one slim yet powerful package. It carries on the legacy of the Razr with its sharp design, and it packs a punch with its 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor and 4G LTE speeds.

4.3-inch goodness

The Motorola Droid Razr has a stunning 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced display. It does have that Pentile matrix display that reduces the sharpness a little, but the qHD resolution along with the AMOLED technology result in a great-looking display regardless. There's quite a bit of a wide bezel surrounding it.

Solid design

The Motorola Droid Razr has a really sharp industrial design, with its diamond-cut aluminum frame, sculpted Corning Gorilla Glass, and even a water-repellent nanocoating to guard against splashes.

Thin is in

The Droid Razr is said to be the thinnest smartphone ever at around 7.1mm or 0.28 inch thick. There is a bit of a bump at the top, however, that houses the camera lens, along with the Micro-HDMI and Micro-USB ports on top. It has squared edges that sometimes feel like they're digging into your hand.

Side ports

The Droid Razr has a Micro-SIM port and microSD card port on the side. The Micro-SIM is used for 4G LTE, as it is a CDMA handset. For international GSM versions, we believe Micro-SIMs will be used for voice as well.

Kevlar back

The back of the Droid Razr is clad in a durable and soft Kevlar material. Because of this, however, the battery is not removable. Also on the back is the 8-megapixel camera lens and LED flash.

Large footprint

The Motorola Droid Razr is rather large for a phone--5.14 inches long by 2.71 inches wide--and is better suited for those with larger hands.
