The Kodak Super 8 camera is back. It has lovely retro good looks, but also a few modern conveniences like an LCD display and an internal battery.
The Super 8 comes with a wide angle lens, but can accept any C-mount lenses.
One of the nice additions is the flip out LCD display for framing.
The Super 8 still shoots 8mm film like its predecessors, but Kodak will take care of developing, processing and digitizing your footage.
A Standard Edition version of the camera will come in black or white. No word on price or when it will ship.
The Kodak Super 8 Limited Edition Camera will retail for $2,000 (which converts to £1,630 and AU$2,730) and ship in the spring. Check out our first take for more on the Super 8.
