Check-in

Foursquare for Windows Phone puts the popular local spots front and center in the app, hoping that you'll check out theses places and check in to them, too. As you use Foursquare, the app will start giving you more personalized recommendations for places to go.

You can view your personal Foursquare profile in the app, which shows your last check-in, your weekly score, stats on your total number of check-ins, badges, and tips, and your leader board, which compares your check-ins to your friends'.

Foursquare is most known for the check-in, a feature that tells others on Foursquare, "Hey, I'm at this place." Above is the screen you'll see once you have successfully checked in to a location, complete with the number of points you earned.
