Samsung Instinct HD

The Samsung Instinct HD M850 improves on the original Samsung Instinct M800 with a 5-megapixel camera and WiFi. It also has email, Sprint TV, stereo Bluetooth, a speakerphone, a virtual QWERTY keyboard, an accelerometer, EV-DO Rev. A, and a memory card slot. It is $249 with a two-year agreement.

Palm Pixi

Motorola Cliq

The Motorola Cliq is the company's first Android phone. It will run Android 1.5 Cupcake and access to all of Google's services and applications. It has a 3.1-inch HVGA display, a QWERTY keyboard, full HTML browser, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 5.0-megapixel camera. The Cliq also features Motorola's unique MotoBlur interface that automatically feeds in the latest Twitter and Facebook updates to the home screen.

More Windows Mobile 6.5 phones

Microsoft promises there'll be more than 30 Windows Mobile 6.5 devices launched by the end of the year. They include the HTC Touch 2, the Sony Ericsson Xperia 2, and the Samsung Omnia Pro.

HTC Hero

The HTC Hero is available in the U.S. from Sprint, though there is also an unlocked GSM version. The Hero is HTC's latest Android phone, and it has a 3.5-mm headset jack, a 5.0-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 3G.
