The Singapore Toy Game and Comic Convention's marks its eighth year with a somewhat different location compared to last year. Held last weekend at Singapore's iconic Marina Bay Sands, the two-day convention moved somewhat underground to the larger basement exhibition halls. Organizers expect more attendees this year compared to last year's 45,000.
Throngs of people crowded the ever popular artists area, which was cramped because of organizers not properly using the available space of the halls. An odd decision, but it helped make the area a lot more vibrant.
There was also an area where both veterans and newbies alike could join in for a quick game of Magic. There were also tutorial tables for people who wanted to pick up the game but had no idea how to do so.
