You look at your phone, now your phone can look back

Software from an Israeli startup could change the way you communicate with your phone.

Josh Miller/CNET

A new Jerusalem-based company called Umoove has developed software that lets your phone track users' head and eye movements.

The technology could change the way we play games, control our devices, and more. Umoove can perform concussion and sobriety tests, and perhaps even detect longer-term terminal diseases, according to Bloomberg.

While this sort of technology certainly would take some getting used to (and many people might be uncomfortable with their phone watching them), the potential is high.

Representatives for Umoove weren't immediately available for comment.
