Microsoft Canada said Friday that it will begin selling the Xbox game console on Nov. 8--the same day set for the launch in the United States. The console will cost about $298 (459.99 Canadian dollars), or the same price it will go for in the States.
The company said it expects to launch the console with 15 to 20 games available initially and plans to sell 1 million to 1.5 million units across North America by the end of the holiday-shopping season. In May, Microsoft announced the U.S. launch date but did not specify dates for international markets.
