Webcast set for Clinton speech

President Clinton's State of the Union address will be broadcast on the Web. The speech is scheduled for Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET.

President Clinton is scheduled to deliver his yearly State of the Union address tomorrow at 9 p.m. ET. The speech will be carried live on the Web at several sites, including ABC TV's RadioNet and Progressive Networks' RealAudio site.

This is the first time a speech delivered by the president will be carried live on the Web, according to Progressive Networks, creator of the RealAudio technology.
