Verizon, Shutterfly create photo center

Verizon Online, a subsidiary of Verizon Communication, and online photo company Shutterfly have signed a deal to offer online digital photo products and services through a new photo center. Under the deal, customers can use the Verizon Online Photo Center to share photos with family and friends, create personal photo greeting cards, customize photos using editing tools, and add special borders and effects. The new photo center also lets customers store photos with Shutterfly. Verizon Online said customers will save 15 percent on Shutterfly products offered through the photo center. Dial-up customers can access the photo center through a link on the Verizon Online home page, while DSL (digital subscriber line) customers can reach it through a Verizon DSL link.
