As we build up to the Sony PlayStation special event at the end of this month, two new colours have arrived for the current PS3.
All eyes are on Sony as the company that might crack first in the game of next-gen chicken, and reveal its PS4 at.
In the interim, Sony has released some new colours for the PS3 into the local market, called "azurite blue" and "garnet red". Or, as normal people might call them, blue and red.
These will be available on 21 February, so hopefully this isn't a sneak preview of Sony's idea of "the future" and is more of a "let's shift old stock" manoeuvre.
The pricing remains the same — 500GB for AU$399.95, although if the PS4 does get announced the day before, that may be dropping soon.
