Troubleshooting iPhoto 4: Miscalculated file sizes; Export to Toast

Miscalculated file sizes We continue to receive reports of miscalculated file sizes in iPhoto 4.0. Eduardo Nunes writes "The anomaly appears in my lot also, mainly in pictures I made with Photoshop as Titles for a slide show meaning only background color and text. But only in some of them and then with exactly the same 17592186044416 MB (no comas) while the document has for example 68 KB."

Several readers have reported that they can get the file to show its correct size by simply cropping it (to any size), then immediately undoing the crop.

Export to Toast Michael Green reports a problem with the "Export to Toast" function: "I have a library of about 1GB of photos (about 1500). The Export to Toast feature does not appear to work anymore. When I "click" Export, iPhoto does something for a little bit of time, but nothing else happens. In particular, Toast 6.0.3 is not launched. This feature worked in iPhoto 3.."
