'Tomorrowland' contest asks kids to look to the future (Tomorrow Daily 156)

On today's show, Khail and Ashley discuss the Icefin robot and why it might contribute to the exploration of Europa someday. There's also a 50-meter-high augmented reality model from "Attack on Titan," and details about how to enter Disney's Create Tomorrowland - XPrize Challenge. #TDPrize

Happy Monday, fellow nerds! We're back in-studio, ready to tell you all about the cool stuff happening in geekdom today. There's a Georgia Tech robot that could be helpful for someday exploring the icy depths of Europa's oceans, a 50-meter high AR model from "Attack on Titan" that only a drone could capture on video, and a very cool contest from Disney and XPrize that asks kids to imagine a future invention or innovation.

We're also taking a look at Wakē, a strange but cool kind of alarm clock that uses warm LED lighting and focused audio, delivering a sunrise-like experience to an individual sleeper (as opposed to waking up everyone in the room). It's pretty interesting, and anything's got to be better than a screaming alarm clock, right?
