This is the closest thing we have to loading a wheelchair into a mech (Tomorrow Daily 400 show notes)

We're loving the Ripchair, which aims to give disabled people the chance to enjoy outdoor areas with terrain too rugged to navigate in a standard wheelchair.

Musician Jack White's label Three Man Records recently launched a small craft into near-space with a special payload: a spinning vinyl album playing a remix of Carl Sagan's "A Glorious Dawn."

We're also discussing Ripchair 3.0, a massive, tank-like machine that allows a disabled person to load in their wheelchair and head outdoors through rugged terrain and difficult weather conditions.
