The HyperText Snarkup Language debuts

Snarkiness is a basic tenet of the blogosphere and much of the Web in general, so why not make it official? Software developer and executive Robert W. Anderson has done just that, by inventing the HyperText Snarkup Language (HTSL). "This will allow publishers to have full control over their snark," he says on his blog.
