Texas town gets free satellite

What's in a name?

For residents of Clark, Texas free satellite TV. The town council voted Tuesday to change the town's official name from Clark to DISH. As a result, all 55 households in the town will get free satellite TV service from EchoStar, which sells the DISH service, for the next decade. The deal is estimated to be worth about $4,500 per home.

Clark isn't the only town that has been thinking of changing its name. Another town called Santa, Idaho is thinking about becoming, Idaho. I have no idea what's in it for residents of this town. A lifetime supply of stupid gifts under $5? I think I'd have to pass on that one.
