Chocolate bunnies are so 2014. Wouldn't you rather open up your Easter basket to find a life-size chocolate statue of "Sherlock" star Benedict Cumberbatch?
After a fan poll showed that Cumberbatch narrowly beat out the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) and Ned Stark (Sean Bean) as Britain's "dishiest TV drama actor," UKTV set out to build a life-size hollow chocolate statue of the "Sherlock" star.
The delectable monstrosity was made out of 500 bars of Belgian chocolate, and stands over 6 feet tall, weighing more than 88 pounds. UKTV built the statue to celebrate the launch of the Drama channel on its on-demand streaming service, which launched on Wednesday.
If you happen to be in the UK, you can see Benedict Chocobatch in person at the Westfield Stratford City on Friday, and anyone who wants to follow Mr. Chocobatch's tour through the UK can keep up with the hashtag #chocobatch.
