Suns releases new Java software

Sun Microsystems on Monday released a new version of Java 2 Enterprise Edition, the Java standard for writing business software. The new version includes Enterprise JavaBeans 2.0, the latest version of a programming model that lets developers create reusable pieces of software code. It also includes more support for XML (Extensible Markup Language), a Web standard for data exchange; and support for Java Message Service, an application programming interface for business messaging.
