Storage start-up names new CEO

Storability, a start-up that tries to simplify high-end storage systems for its customers, has named John Rando chairman and Tim Leisman as president and chief executive. Rando had been senior vice president of the services division of Digital Equipment, then of Compaq Computer when it acquired Digital. Leisman, who was senior vice president of Compaq's outsourcing organization and most recently was CEO of Infinite Content, a business software company, replaces founder Matthew Westover, who will remain on the board and work on the company's strategy, Storability said.
