Spotify says Apple uses App Store as a 'weapon' to choke rivals

Spotify reportedly says the tech giant is rejecting its new app because it competes with Apple Music.

A report from Recode says that Spotify sent a letter to Apple's legal team claiming Apple is being anticompetitive. Spotify insists that Apple is favoring Apple Music over Spotify's new app. The report also says that Spotify takes issue with Apple's subscription policies.

In more serious news, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating a crash between a tractor trailer and a Tesla Model S on Autopilot mode. It is the first fatality in over 130 million miles driven in the Autopilot mode.
