Short Take: U.S. Interactive to team with Digital Evolution

U.S. Interactive said it plans to merge its interactive consulting, marketing, and design business with Digital Evolution, a company that develops multimedia databases and e-commerce solutions. The new company, which U.S. Interactive spokesman Jim DeLorenzo said is expected to generate revenues in excess of $20 million, will retain the U.S. Interactive name. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close on June 15, were not disclosed.
