Toshiba has discounted its Equium 100
line of business computers by 17 percent, bringing its Equium 100 with flat-
panel display under $2,000. Toshiba also slashed prices on its Equium 7100
systems, discounting its Equium 7100S with 350-MHz Pentium II processor,
4GB hard drive, and 64MB of memory to $1,344 from $1,820.
