Short Take: Solix Internet makes its debut

Solix Internet, a start-up funded by software and systems integrator Solix Systems, made its debut offering e-commerce applications and enterprise operations management in the Internet services market. Separately, Solix Internet said it released iOperations Framework, a Web-based, application architecture intended to help mid to large organizations integrate and extend their back-office ERP systems to connect employees, customers, suppliers, trading partners, and distributors through Internet enabled-automation. In addition, the Solix iOperations Framework manages travel and expenses reporting, maintenance, repair and operation procurement, time cards processing, and collections, Solix Internet said.
