David Hoffman, editor of the Internet-based Haight Ashbury Free Press, has surrendered to Oklahoma officials in connection with charges that he tried to tamper with a grand juror investigating the 1995 bombing of Oklahoma City's Federal Building. Hoffman was indicted on tampering charges after he allegedly sent a juror a copy of a book he wrote about the bombing.
