NetManage, once a fast-growing PC connectivity solutions company that has fallen on hard times, said its chief financial officer has resigned. Walter Amaral has left to "pursue other opportunities," the company said. NetManage posted a second quarter loss of $4.5 million, marking the latest in a string of poor quarterly results for the company. NetManage also reported revenues of $12.7 million, a drop of more than twice its level of a year ago.
