Short Take: MSN gets Nortel's Internet call waiting

Microsoft has signed up with Nortel Networks to provide Internet call-waiting services to MSN Internet Access subscribers. The feature allows users who have a single phone line to receive calls over their computer while online, or have calls rerouted to another phone. The call-waiting feature will immediately be available in Seattle, San Diego and Atlanta, and will be introduced to other MSN markets over the next year.
