Short Take: IBM adds voice to small businesses' networks

IBM announced new hardware and software for PC servers that allows data networks within small businesses to add voice capabilities. The new IBM Small Business Computer Telephony Solution targets sites with less than 100 users and incorporates technology from NetPhone.
