Short Take: Financial firms use DNAfs

Microsoft has added two new customers for its Windows Distributed interNet Applications for Financial Services (DNAfs) technology, pushing the total above 40. Crestar is using DNAfs throughout the bank. Travelers Property Casualty uses it so independent agents can exchange data with Travelers. The DNAfs architecture lets financial applications talk to each other and exchange data with legacy mainframes.
