Short Take: Ericsson takes a stake in Dutch Telebit

Wireless equipment giant Ericsson announced it has taken a 75 percent stake in Danish company Telebit Communications, a developer of routing software based on Internet protocol, or IP. The investment, valued at $30 million, will allow Ericsson to integrate IP into its mobile networking equipment, according to the company. The investment in Telebit will be spread over the next two years.
