Data-storage giant EMC unveiled its new xSPerience Provider Program on Monday, forming the framework for its alliances with leading Internet service providers. The new program, part of EMC's billion-dollar initiative to tap into the service provider market, encompasses sales, services and engineering. In less than a year, EMC has formed and expanded alliances with a number of the world's top service providers, including Exodus Communications, Genuity, Loudcloud and PSINet.
