Short Take: CyberCash offers pay-per-view news on the Net

CyberCash introduced the Digital NewsStand, a "pay-per-view" site for finance, industry, computing, entertainment, and world news. Using CyberCash's CyberCoin service, an Internet payment technology that enables secure transactions in the 25 cent to $10 range, the site will sell users news and information and divide proceeds among the publisher, Internet navigation service, and CyberCash.
