Design software maker Autodesk tapped Mike Sutton to be vice president of worldwide field operations. He will be responsible for global sales and support, including manufacturing and distribution. Sutton was Autodesk's vice president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since 1993. Autodesk said that during Sutton's tenure, these regions have grown from $138 million in revenue annually to more than $200 million for the year ended January 31, 1998.
