AT&T and Time Warner finalized an agreement to swap several cable TV systems. AT&T will give up about 618,000 customers in Florida, Hawaii, Maine, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin. In return, the company will get about 565,000 of Time Warner's subscribers in New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
