Oracle announced that OracleMercury, its Web-based technical support service for database and tools products, will be available September 15. The service is targeted at individuals and workgroups; it costs $295 per user for each product area. The service offers hot topics, installation assistance, technical support knowledge base, product references, and a bulletin board for responses from other customers and Oracle technical analysts.
