AT&T is expected to announce tomorrow that it will make Microsoft's Internet Explorer the Web browser of choice for its WorldNet Internet customers, sources told CNET. The AT&T deal, which will make Internet Explorer the "preferred" browser for WorldNet customers, is an extension of an existing licensing agreement between the communications giant and Microsoft announced last July. In addition, Sprint is on the verge of finalizing an agreement with Microsoft to offer the browser to Sprint Internet subscribers, according to sources.
