"Clear Recent Items Menu" command does not work We are seeking confirmation for an issue where the "Clear Menu" command (for the "Recent Items" section of the Apple menu) does not work. Matt Kidd writes "I've found that the Clear Menu command in Recent Items doesn't always work. I'm using OS 10.3.2 on a dual processor 2gigahertz G5 and I've found that if I do a Clear Menu in the Recent Items and then Shut Down immediately, next time I boot up quite often all the apps and documents that should have been cleared are still there. This doesn't happen if I double-check the Recent Items before I shut down to make sure the items were cleared, only happens if I shut down immediately."

Safari downloading .dms files Gabriel Dorado reports an issue, possibly related to Speed Download, where Safari incorrectly downloads ".dms" instead of ".dmg" files: "Safari downloads '.dms' instead of 'dmg' files. Uninstalling Speed Download 2.3.1 fixes the problem."
